Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping carriers & delivery estimates

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to the 1 business day processing window and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — see checkout for eligibility.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipment delays

R House Industries is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can file a claim on your behalf and make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. R House Industries is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
